Xbox series X shutting off 5 minutes after being turned on

Kindly switch the position of your console. Also, if you can plug it in on a different wall socket that would be great.

I'm experiencing the same issues. My system was working fine for the first few weeks but when I start playing it today, it keeps shutting off. Every time I'm 5 minutes into the game the system will shut off. And there would be a few times when after it shuts
off, I will turn it back on and it will shut off a second later. It will do this like 5 times until it turns completely on. I hardly was playing my Xbox one. I probably played it 10 times since I bought it.

Same, it loads but I can't play more than 5 minutes before my series x turns off. Never happened before with any other game.

My controller did shut off about ten minutes after I turned the xbox off.

This problem happened with me yesterday. let me explain how I got through it..... I turned off the following ( X-Box 360, Cable Modem, Router) All three need to be shut off as I tried one at a time with no avail... After turning them off wait about 20-30
minutes. Turn on the Cable modem first. Wait 1 minute. Turn on Router, wait 1 minute and turn on X Box 360.. My system has worked perfectly ever since...
