Xbox Series X shutting down randomly

This problem is getting incredibly frustrating now, me and the countless other people that have had this issue need some form of clarity on one this issue is, the Xbox Series X randomly shuts down on various games, I've had it crash on Gears 5, Fortnite, It Takes Two, Borderlands 3, Tiny Tina's wonderlands, and others have had it on different games, I just received a refurbished unit after trying every solution in the book and nothing works, no one online or at Microsoft isnt offering any clarity on this issue and I really want to know what it is that's causing this, and before I get told, yes my console is well ventilated and has open space, I have tried an offline update, a factory reset, removing and reading the account, reinstalling affected games, and even sent for a refurbished console but to no avail the console still shuts down and I'm on my second series x now, first day back and it had the same issue. So please do tell me what is going on with this

In this case, uninstalling and reinstalling both games will be the next step.

I'm having the same issue got the halo series x at the end of november had no issues until a few weeks back when I decided to pick borderlands 3 up to play with my nephew (already own on ps4 but wanted to play online with him) after playing for half an hour the console shut itself down it was fine playing solo but now it's just happened in tiny Tina's wonderlands playing solo which sucks because the game was $150nzd and I cant play it

I apologize but in this case, we may need to get the console repaired. You can sign in to https://account.microsoft.com/devices to check the warranty as well as create an order.

Sorry for that and as the last resort, we may need to reset the console removing everything. This will uninstall al of your games an apps but you can reinstall them later on.
