    Hi. When I shut down my console from the controller, it then shuts down but then opens back up and the controller and headset loses connectivity.

    Also, every now and again, the controller and headset will just lose connectivity, meaning I have to unplug the console and link up again.

    I know new consoles get teething problems in the first few days, but this is so frustrating and dare I say it, unacceptable for such an expensive elaborate piece of kit!

    Unfortunately, there is no built-in mic on the Xbox Series X and no bluetooth support if you're thinking to go that route.



    You will need to attach a headset with a mic to the Xbox Series X controller. The Xbox Series X controller uses a standard 2.5mm audio connection for Xbox Live, you can use any standard headset. (It does not have to be something fancy or expensive.)

    Is there any solution to this until today? I‘ve got the same problem and got my razer kaira pro replaced, also checked with different controllers (x one s and x series x controller) and the problem still exists. The headsets packaging says „designed for xbox series x“ so I wouldn‘t expect these kind of problems. Any help is still appreciated.
