    Xbox series X shows 100% packet loss


    We have an Xbox series X and a 120Mbps internet connection. I am seeing 100% packet loss when running a speed test through the Xbox. When I go to https://packetlosstest.com from my laptop I get 0% packet loss. The Xbox is connected via 5ghz wifi using Sercomm DM1000 modem and Asus RT-AC86U router, both with latest firmwares.

    I have tried:

    Rebooting router and modem

    Hard resetting Xbox

    Disconnect Xbox from wifi and adding again

    Something doesn't make sense here. Can someone shed some light please?

    I have a 100% packet loss with a wired connection on my series x and I can't figure out why or how to fix it any suggestions?

    I am having the same issue. Both hard wire and wireless, I am having 100% packet loss. I have contacted my internet provider, they have already checked the system and on there end everything is great. On my PC I am having no issues. On my PS5 no issues, no packet loss. However on my xbox series x and my xbox one x, I have 100% packet loss and get booted from online games every 3-6 mins.

    Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

    Just a friendly reminder though that there are multiple reports in regard to the same issue, however, there is no official announcement yet from Microsoft that's why we just need to wait.

    According to the reports, this should not have an effect with our gameplay.

    speeds of

    65 up

    10 down

    around 80 latency

    I have completly unplugged the pc to see if thats the issue and still shows 100% packet loss

    Hi im kinda new to the hole internet fixing thing but my X1 has always had a packet loss of 100% but after reading a description of what packet loss is i am quite curious as to how my xbox and internet are still functioning normaly... Not only that but it
    dosent show upload or download packet loss it just says packet loss 100%... All others are as follows download speed 20.74Mbps.... Upload speed 8.56mbps.... Packet loss is ofcorse 100%.... MTU 1480.... Latency 78 ms. If anybody has anyideas of wat could be
    causing this i would be great to get others feedback:)
