Xbox series x service repair

Alright, So i sent my xbox series x to microsoft to get repaired about two weeks ago maybe a little over two weeks ago. Everything went smooth, i kept up with tracking. It said it was shipped and on its way back to me and shouldve gotten here yesterday. However, Fedex has lost all tracking of the device and will not update me on any information. What should i do???? Will i ever recieve my xbox back?? Is this type of issue covered on my warranty. I had no control over this. What should i do?? i spent so much money on this series x and the only reason i sent it in for repair was because it wasnt reading game discs. And, i read that was a common issue with the series x. Now im stuck with no xbox... PLEASE HELP.

You need to call FedEx and don’t let them off the hook

You also neeed to contact amicrosoft customer service. Once a window closes, they will be able to file a claim with FedEx and send you a new one

There's really no reports or details on what they did to your console but rest assured that it will be repaired and tested before sending it back you.

If the problem persists even after trying everything from the article above

Sadly your console needs to be inspected and repaired in the closest authorized retailer or where original parts are used
(Microsoft only offers now their repair service to Xbox Series X/S consoles)

If the problem is with Xbox controllers and you have tried all the troubleshooting the problem is in the console and repair is needed.

If your Xbox is the One S/X and Series S/X you can have it repaired with Microsoft.
