Xbox Series X sent in for repair but it’s been 5 days with FedEx not receiving the package

I don't have an answer but I have question. I sent my Xbox One to microsoft for repair. I got an email that said it was sent back to me and was provided with a tracking and reference number through Fedex. Neither numbers work. It still says not found.
I've spoked to 5 microsofts reps and 2 fedex reps and no one knows what's going on. Has anyone had issues with this? It's been 4 days since microsoft emailed and said it was on it's way. I understand that it takes time and that's not the issue. I CAN'T
TRACK MY PACKAGE! Just to be sure, I tried tracking it with UPS and USPS...nothing.

It's the same serial number. I sent it out and paid for expedited shipping and the got it in 2 days repairs was done under a week . I check statues repair and it read sent to customer. I checked the tracking and it was unavailable. It took FedEx a week to
pick up so it sat there I called the service center and they told me it been out for delivery. As soon as I opened the package to see how they treated my xbox one.

I'm encountering this same problem with Microsoft now. My console stopped working after 2 months. Smelled of burning plastic and stopped turning on. Shipped it to the repair center, they received the console in 3 days. Few days later got an email saying
my console has been repaired and shipped back to me. Two days later i checked Fedex site to see when my console will be delivered. Only thing Fedex reports is that the shipment info has been received. Contacted the service reps via phone and chat only to be
told the same thing over and over, that the console has been shipped i must contact Fedex. Contacted Fedex their saying they are still waiting on the package to arrive to them. Its going on 3 weeks now and i have no clue as too where my console is located.
To spend $500 on a console/electronic device to malfunction after two months of operation is beyond unacceptable. Then to have to wait 3 weeks to a month is a slap in the face to customers. My console supposed to be delivered today but fedex never received
it. That tracking number that i was provided is still showing shipment info sent.

To go through the xbox 360 debacle numerous times and now to go through this has cost my faith in Microsoft to go downhill. I do not understand why they do not have a repair/exchange center in the various states to expedite the turn around time to appease
customers. They surely sell their consoles in every state and a lot of countries.

I'm have the same problem they said they sent out my Xbox one on 11/5 and I still haven't recived it. FedEx says they don't have it an the tracking number Xbox have me doesn't work. I spoke with an Xbox specialist and he said of there is movement on the
package by the 18th there gunna manually check and escalate it. It's been 8 buissness days and I still haven't got it
