Oh, thank you for letting me know, and as I have checked eFootball 2023 is compatible with Xbox One, Xbox Series X|S, and PC which means that you should be able to play and install the game still on an Xbox One.

If you're referring to the optimized version for Xbox Series X|S of GTA Online, then I regret to inform you that it's not possible to play that version from an Xbox One console as it's not powerful enough to run next-generation optimized games. Additionally, Rockstar Games, the game developer, made the decision to separate the servers, meaning that GTA Online players on Xbox One can only play with other Xbox One players, and Xbox Series X|S players can only play with other players from that same generation of consoles.
