Xbox Series X|S controller

Hello to all !

I recently purchased an Xbox Series S and a few weeks later I purchased another controller (Carbon Black).

While playing with it I noticed the second controller I purchased is different from the controller that came with my console.

I primarily noticed this in the face buttons as the Carbon Black controller I bought had less clickier buttons than the Robot White controller from the Series S. Are retail controllers different from the one's that come with the console ?

Another thing I noticed, is that the vibration on the Carbon Black controller sounds a bit weird. For example, I was playing Halo: Reach on the Master Chief Collection and while I charged the plasma pistol I could here the left rumble motor clicking or some how hitting some thing in the controller, also when there is too much action in the game, (like explosions, etc). But it isn't that loud to bother me and the left rumble motor works fine in every other game. Just when there is things that cause too much vibration( like what I mentioned above), the controller starts making that sound.

But I don't have a problem with my Robot White controller.

Why is my Carbon Black controller like this ?
