Xbox Series X/S Controller - Quick capture button not working as configured

Thanks for the reply, I had some difficulty finding this question again so sorry for delayed response.

I'm connected to my Xbox, not PC, I can't follow the steps you've described but the problem has resolved itself.

Run the hardware troubleshooter. This will automatically try to detect the Xbox controller that you have plugged in and will fix discrepancies (if any) with the current software and drivers. Make sure that you let the process completely.

- Click on the Windows button and then in the Search, type troubleshoot. Now in the results displayed, click on the Troubleshoot Settings.

- Open Troubleshoot Settings

- Now in the left pane of the window, scroll down to find Power. Now click on Power and then click on Run this Troubleshooter.

- Run Power Troubleshooter

- Now follow the instructions displayed on the screen to complete the troubleshooting process. After completion of the troubleshooting process, check if the Xbox connection issue is resolved.

- You can try to disconnect the controller, delete it from your device and pair it again and see if that helps.

Also if the issue started after a firmware update then it might be an issue with the update and you can report that as an insider.

My controller stop working too series x , factory controller . Last night working and today my samsung tv remote control my xbox and the xbox controller no longuer view by the xbox , i use another controller from my other xbox seris s , and this controller work but not the one work last night , i try the little button to match xbox with but nothing , the controller do no longuer view on my xbox series x , can control de series s but can't be view or connect to the series x anymore

Xbox Series X|S controllers are fully compatible with the Xbox One, One S and One X. Also the Xbox One controllers work on the new Series consoles.

Your Xbox Series X/S controller should still work normally on Xbox One console.

Make sure to change your vibration settings.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide, and then select Profile & system > Settings.
Select Accessibility > Controller, and then select Vibration settings.
If you have multiple controllers, choose the controller that you want to change and select Configure.
For an Elite Series 2 controller, select the configuration profile that you want to change, select Edit > Vibration, and then move the sliders to adjust the vibration.
For an Xbox Wireless Controller, select Turn on vibration to turn vibration on or off.
