Xbox series x, return request because it kept shutting down

Discus and support Xbox series x, return request because it kept shutting down in XboX Insiders to solve the problem; So i pulled the trigger and sent my Xbox to get returned.     Xbox series x, return request because it kept shutting down


    So i pulled the trigger and sent my Xbox to get returned. Just want to know if anyone has gone through this route, what the turnaround times look like and if you receive a new unit ? Requested the repair because my series x kept constantly turning off when playing and decided after trying every possible thing to fix the problem.

    Hi! I’ve had the series x for less than a week and it keeps shutting down by itself, most of the time while in the dashboard. I have tried both types of resets, plugging it elsewhere but nothing works. I’m thinking of returning it at this point.
