Xbox Series X responds really slowly.

Check if you have a pending console update.

Go to Profile & system > Settings > System > Updates

Once done, go to Settings and select General > Network settings > Advanced settings > QoS tagging settings

Enable both the DSCP and WMM tagging

Reboot the console

Then press and hold the Power button on the front of your Xbox until the console turns off.

Unplug everything from the back of your Xbox.

Wait 3 minutes, and then plug the power cord and HDMI back in.

Then, please check if that fixes the issue.

They're rolling it out slowly to everyone, I have it on my series S and on my One X, but not my series X

Quick Resume Multiple Games, 120 FPS Support, Smart Delivery, & at least 4 TB of SSD storage on the Xbox Series X. Those are the main features I want, but the other features
are really nice as well.

Also, if they are revealing details this slowly bit-by-bit it just means they have A LOT to show during their conference coming later this upcoming Spring.

My problem is that the game is really slow and that's why it's not fun at all, but I remember that the game was smoother on the ps4 version. It seems that ray tracing is active in the game and that's why the game runs slowly, but there is no such option in the settings.

Not sure where you've got that information from. There is no Ray Tracing in RDR2, it's not been optimised for Series X|S either. It was only developed to take advantage of the now older Xbox One X. The Series X runs the One X version of the game, but it's still only 30fps though.

If you've been playing lots of smooth 60fps games and then load up RDR2 it's bound to feel slow in comparison.

I play on a Series X, but I also have an Xbox One that my sons use. Can't see the games on either.
