    Xbox Series X Reset Problems


    Hello,

    The Xbox Series X is continuously turning off in the middle of gameplay, this has happened multiple times now. I have tried hard resetting the xbox, redownloading games, everything. Is this a common issue?

    Also, the same thing is happening with each of my xbox controllers, even the new one. It’ll be on and then try to reconnect to the xbox. The light in the middle constantly blinks.

    Yeah before getting the series x i had the series s with the same problem i tried to reset the console on the series s not on the x. On the series s it didn't work

    Hi there. I have tried almost every possible method of restarting, resetting and everything inbetween. Ports are forwarded, etc.

    The thing is, I have my Xbox One and Series X set up beside each other. Due to the Series X’s problems, I can switch off my Series X, and switch on my Xbox One, and have no connection issues.

    Both playing on the same wifi, both wireless connection, with all the same settings (except the Series X is running on 120fps).

    Something is not right with the Series X and I believe it’s more than just needing to reset my MAC address...

    I can't access to the gamerpic page. I get the message operation failed. I just reset and still the same problem. I contact xbox support on twitter. He said me to reset, I reset and the problem is not resolved. I'm on Xbox Series X

    Was this ever resolved? I have the exact same problem (works fine on our other Xbox but not our Xbox series x, even after reboots, resets, uninstalling and reinstalling, etc.)
