Xbox series x replacement

I bought my younger brother a series x for his 17th birthday, it lasted 10 days before it stopped working. I sent it off to be repaired in its box with everything and now it comes back in a ups box, all by itself. No Xbox box, no cables and no controller and also the Xbox itself has almost 200 gig less space. That's a game of space missing. I can't describe how angry I am with all of this. Seriously made me so angry to the point i never want to buy another xbox ever again and I've been an xbox player since the very first console and this was for my brother's birthday.

standard xbox one controllers have been replaced with the series s/x controllers that work with all xbox one consoles and the new series s and x and even pc. they are readily in stock all over the uk, try argos.

That's strange, I Have Xbox 360, Xbox one Fat, Xbox one X and Xbox series X, just my One X had issues, but I replaced trough the out of warranty service and all of them are currently working

why not keep it.In my opinion you should keep it so people have more console to chose from.

also are xbox one x and xbox series x are the same?

A lot of what I have found online talks about replacing the power brick for the Xbox One S/X, but the Series X doesn't have a power brick, it's just a power cable. I would assume that I would just replace that then?

Chances are the other stuff will be sent back separately but there is no guarantee.

It clearly tells you not to send in anything but the console itself & not to use the original box when you book a repair as you may not get them back.

Your only other option is to contact support & see if they can do anything.
