    Xbox Series X Repair - Haven’t Received Shipping Label


    I received my Xbox Series X two days ago and it has an obvious GPU issue. Xbox 360 games have severe visual artifacts. I contacted Xbox support and they opened a repair order for me (with expedited shipping), but then I received the confirmation email
    and it gives me the following error in the "Print your shipping label" section:

    “We’re sorry. We are unable to generate your shipping label. Please contact Microsoft Support for further assistance. We apologize for this inconvenience.”

    I’ve since been on the phone with customer support several times and they’ve cancelled the order then created new orders and it never works, I always get the same error email. Now they say to wait 24 hours but I can tell that the guy just wanted to get
    me off the phone. This was supposed to be a Christmas gift but now it feels like I’m not going to get a repair for a long time. I’ve seen tweets from people who waited weeks for a shipping label. Has anyone had a similar experience?

    If your xbox one x is still in it's warranty period you can raise a repair case with Microsoft, I am assuming it is out of warranty if you are asking the question? If so it will be a paid for repair I am afraid. It is worth raising a support case
    here first to check the fault
    My xbox is still in warrantee but i haven’t received the shipping label is there anyway to re send it?

    The availability of the call depends on the country you live in and the time when you request support. I can provide you with the link where you usually request support, and personally, I access it to contact Microsoft.

    appreciate your time on the response.

    Yes, I read about 24hrs timeline already and wondering still I have not received anything.

    Are you aware of any contact number of support team ? It's really strange that none is mentioned.

    In my 1st email, I could see this as step 6 and after this there is NO email at all and no printable copy is available on my account.

    Usually, the email response is immediate. I also recently contacted customer service for a repair and received the email right away. If you are sure you've checked your email thoroughly and that the address is correct for your account, it's advisable to contact customer service again. The maximum response time is 24 hours, as you can read on the official support page, for which I'm providing the link.

    I hope it gets resolved soon, but typically Microsoft's service works excellently.
