Xbox series X Repair and didn't receive any accessories back

I had a problem with my xbox series x, I sent it off for repair when I received it back I didn't get my controller, any cables or the xbox box back with it. I had an email originally saying I would receive further instructions about packaging my console before sending it off for repair. I presume in this email It would of said not to post anything off apart from the faulty xbox. But I never received any further instructions about this so just sent everything off packaged like it was when I first received it. Does anyone know who I can contact about this issue as have now spent a few hours trying to get through on the phone and when I eventually did I got hung up on.

I have tried calling and requested a call, when i eventually got my call the automated voice just kept saying the same thing over and over again. I was pressing the number required which was 1 to speak to the next available agent but it asked me the same thing 4 times and then hung up on me. So frustrating.

You can try contacting support, but you are correct that the instructions for packing anything going back does state to only send the console and nothing else as it is not guaranteed to be returned. You can request a call back or chat with support at http://support.xbox.com/contact-us

Had the same issue with my Series X. I returned it to the repair center and have not received it back yet.
