    Xbox series X randomly turning off


    Hello,

    I have an issue with my series x device in which it turns off randomly while playing, sometimes it makes a weird sound (buzzing sound) then turned off, and sometimes it turns off suddenly without making any sound. I don't know why is this happening knowing that I'm placing the device in a good ventilation condition.

    I would mention that this problem not happened all the time. and when it happened I turn it on again and it works normally.

    I have reset my console without removing apps and games and the problem still exists.

    I don't know what the problem could be, is it a hardware issue or not ? so it should be replaced?

    Or shall I reset the console and remove everything? could this help ?

    same. turns off after usually less than a minute. doesn't seem hot at all. Haven't even been able to start installing a game yet. Barely made it through the initial console update.

    tried letting it rest unplugged for an hour. same thing less than a minute after turning on. not even launching a game, just at the dashboard.
