Xbox Series X randomly shutting off

This is something that has been goin on for a while but ever since the launch of FH5 this is getting worse. I thought it was isolated to just the game but its also happened in Edge browser. The console simply shuts off leaving the controller blinking. When I turn the console back on there is no message or anything to tell me what happened or any error message. Also it has begun from time to time to hang on the boot logo for a few mins before eventually going to the home screen.

I am a part of the Xbox Insiders and this is a Beta build. Im wondering if I were to unenroll and go back to a more stable version if this would stop happening but I do fear the worst. I had a One X do similar **** but not exactly and it was the hard drive and had to be sent in for repair. This unfortunately seems like a GPU issue to me. Any advice would be appreciated. Thanks.

just got my series x 2 days a go and my console will randomly freeze then shut off im having texture issues with games that are enhanced and also audio issues

I would strongly suggest trying the troubleshooting steps below:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear

Then select System > Settings > devices and streaming > blue ray > persistent storage > clear three times > restart console.

Also, It would be great if you can delete the local save of the game.

If the issue persists, please try to soft reset the console

First, welcome to the Xbox community. Before sending the console in for repair I would suggest that you exit the insider's program to use a more stable system and dashboard version, see if the problem persists.

It's not normal for consoles to shut down even while participating in the insider's program, I also suggest you try the tips below.

Change the HDMI port your console is connected to the tv and also the console itself

Try plugging the console directly into the power outlet, without using a line filter

Try testing the console on another power outlet

I also suggest you do a factory reset keeping your games and apps.
