    Xbox Series X randomly powered off!?


    Hello,

    I've had an Xbox Series X since launch day, never had any issues up until about 15 minutes ago. I was playing Star Wars Jedi Fallen Order for a few hours, and then I quit the game and when back to the Home screen. A few minutes later while I was browsing
    the Microsoft Store, my Xbox Series X completely powered off by itself which has never happened before. With that said, after it had happened I tried powering the console back on, but all it would do was make that Xbox chime sound and light up for a second
    then power off again. However, after trying to power on my Xbox Series X a few times, I decided to unplug everything and wait a few minutes and now it's fine and powering on again as if nothing ever happened?

    Anyway, has anyone ever experienced this before with their Xbox Series X? Although, I do believe I experienced a similar issue only once with my Xbox One S a few years ago, where it randomly powered off and would not turn back on until I unplugged everything
    and waited a bit. So to make a long story short, do you think this is related to a software issue on Microsoft's end or do you think this has to do with a hardware problem? Also, as I've mentioned a moment ago, I had a similar issue with my Xbox One S back
    in 2018, but it was only that one time and never experienced it again until now on my Xbox Series X. I'd appreciate any feedback I can get, thanks and have a great day...cheers! Xbox Series X randomly powered off!? :)

    Hi, If you didn't know, the Xbox Series X turns itself off randomly to protect itself from overheating or when there is no power. It can also hard crash, even when playing relatively low-powered games like Minecraft.

    Xbox series X keeps disconnecting from wifi when i power it off.

    I have the same exact problem - just started randomly happening about 3 months ago. Randomly when I power my Series X off it will disconnect from the known router address and I have to keep setting up a network over and over upon launching it the next time. Then it will be fine for a few weeks and out of the blue rinse and repeat.

    Not necessarily fifa 21 xbox one version crashes and turns mine off so does fortnite
