Xbox series X random disconnects?

Hi, i've had a Xbox series X now since christmas and i have been experiencing an issue around it for a while. Ive tried looking at ways to fix it online and even tried the xbox support chat however the Chat wouldn't allow me to input my phone number so yeah. My problem is my xbox keeps randomly disconnecting every 5 - 10 minutes, and it would almost immediately reconnect to my wifi but long enough that it wold remove you from online games. Its getting to the point where the xbox is being rendered useless as i'm unable to play with my friends. Does anyone have a fix that helps stop my xbox from random disconnects?

If it helps, ive already cleared MAC address, my NAT type is open and ive unplugged the xbox full for 3 minutes and and replugged everything back together.

When you test your Xbox connection, the NAT is Open and you do not receive any error message at all like Unsuccessful UPnP or so? Can you send me a picture of your Xbox network test with upload and download speeds so I can see?

Have you tried to change DNS and ports for your Xbox connection?

Would you provide a few more details.

Are you using WiFi or wired ethernet to connect console, (og, S or X) to router/gateway?

Troubleshoot random disconnects may assist you.

Connecting the controller with a USB cable doesn't work,

Controller still disconnects even with a USB cable connected,

I have the same issue with Series X using mouse and keyboard for Call of Duty Vanguard.

I played during the beta and there was no problems with the controller disconnecting but as soon as the game released, the controller disconnects,

I've tried a Xbox One controller Series X controller, with batteries and a USB cable, and the controllers still disconnects.
