    I am sure I am not the only one...

    Started the pre-order process the moment the web page button become active...within 15 seconds of the floodgates opening. Spinning dots of death, retry, get to selection page to choose XBox and options, push button....spinning dots of death and message that
    'something went wrong, wait and try again'

    25 tries later....a different message....exceeded purchase limit for product....WAIT WHAT?????

    50 tries (and two hours) later....an attempt to chat (per the instructions on the support page)....still no go

    Check Twitter and the interweb....sure enough...already sold out everywhere. Oh wait, Best Buy might have some because their site was down so they couldnt sell anything....nope...they wont allow the item in their online cart, please retry.....

    EPIC FAIL....oh, but its not over yet....

    Wednesday night, an email from Microsoft online store that I still have items in my cart and please complete the purchase....what??? A chance that Microsoft actually could respect my attempt and let me order the XBox that I put in my cart on launch day??

    Go to cart, try to pay 'its not you, its us...try later'....repeat....repeat....repeat.....repeat......

    Call Microsoft store on phone....pleasant person says, 'I am sorry sir, but there is really nothing we can do as the XBox Series X is completely out of stock and we will not be able to complete your cart purchases'.......

    UNREAL!!!!!!!

    What's the plan MS??

    I lined up like a good and faithful LONG time XBox player (and Gold member for YEARS, and Ultimate member since day one, and Office 365 subscriber....and and and....), I jumped through all the hoops, sat online for HOURS, hit retry because your web site
    said keep doing that, followed the email instructions when you said there was still a chance....and NOTHING...just a scripted 'we are sorry we cannot do anything to help you' from CS.

    You are right...it isn't me...it YOU....fix it
