Xbox Series X Pre order

Hi everyone, like alot of people on the morning of the Series launch I scrambled to get mine pre ordered and was very happy to fall back asleep knowing I had pre ordered one or so I thought. When I woke up I logged in to check my account and verify. I plugged
the order number in and it said my order didnt exist yatta yatta i figured I'd give the whole thing a day or two to rectify. Fast Forward to today and I have my Series X pre order waiting in my cart and after some fuss I got the site to accept my payment information
but now it won't accept it when I press accept order. So why is Microsoft taunting me?
