Xbox Series X - Power Failure

I have all the same systems and all have failed minus the OG Xbox and Series X but that's still under warranty so I'd give it a few months before it joins them. 360 had red ring, xbox one disc drive failure, one x power supply failure, and now my Series S. I'm not paying $200 for out of warranty repair as Microsoft products have grown kind of stale. Time to try something different but thanks for your help.

Your failure to read the initial post is likely why the OP was so frustrated; he clearly stated 'Series X' not Xbox One.
I, and it seems 6 other people, are having the same issue - looks like DRM protected content can, from time to time, on the series X be broken.

Only fix I've found is using the full shutdown option from the power menu (hold lighted 'X' button on controller) then powering back up.

This is a pretty serious issue considering this is likely 60% of the use for users on this device: streaming services.

Would appreciate a response from Microsoft that actually resolves the issue

The Xbox One X is a more powerful Xbox One. It's last gen. Go for the Series X, as that the most powerful Xbox at this time.

There is no xbox one x edition it's just xbox one version

There is no x or one requirement for Xbox one games. Xbox one x has more power that's it

Series consoles have more powrr in spades from xbox one

And there is no xbox one series x

Just xbox series s or x
