Xbox Series X power button blinks rapidly when I try to power it on from controller and then it doesn't power on.

The rapid flashing of the power button on the Xbox Series X indicates that there may be an issue with the console's power supply or the internal hardware.

    Hey there!

Nice to meet you! My name is Christian, an independent advisor. I'm here to help you out.

No, it is not normal. The power button should not be loose and there shouldn't be any gaps in it. But my question to you is, does it affect the console's performance? if it does, then you need to register you console and have it serviced. Use this link to register your device.

But if it's just an aesthetic issue then it should be fine to keep using it. It is still your choice since it is not supposed to be like that.

    I hope this helps.

    Best Regards,

    Christian.

Do I need a new controller?

Hello ÚÑKÑØẄÑ ©, My name is David. I am an independent advisor, happy to help you today.

I'm sorry you're experiencing this issue with your Xbox Series X controller. Here are some possible solutions you could try:

Restart your Xbox console: Press and hold the power button on your Xbox console until it turns off. Next, disconnect the Xbox Series X from its power source. Turn off the Xbox controller and remove its batteries. Finally, connect and turn on your Xbox Series X.

Restart the controller: Press and hold the power button on the controller for several seconds until it turns off. Then turn it back on.

Pair the controller with the console again: Press and hold the sync button on the console until the power button flashes. Then, press and hold the sync button on the controller until the lights on the controller flash.

    Best regards.
