Xbox series x pop in textures

I bought a new xbox series x 2 weeks ago and started noticing pop-up shadows, textures in all games, is this normal or do I need to change my console to a new one?

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

It's not normal and we just need to perform troubleshooting steps. I have here steps that we can try, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

I've always noticed just as much texture pop-in on the X as the original. It's horrible on The Division 2. Once it does pop-in, it looks awesome though.

There are no discernable loading/texture streaming differences between internal storage and expansion cards.

The reason why the textures are not as defined is because the Series S has less system RAM compared to the more powerful Series X. This is hardware limitation of the Series S hardware, not the storage.

No. The staff is absolutely wrong about this. We need an answer and an actual fix. TRUST me I've tried it all. Matter of fact this is my third Xbox Series S brand new out of the box! This is unacceptable its happening more than it did on Xbox One. Now at close range making all games basically unplayable.

With issues like these, I would recommend trying one more troubleshooting step which is attempting a Soft Factory Rest Xbox Support by selecting Reset and keep my games & apps. However, if you are still encountering the same issue, it might be a hardware issue especially since you have already tried connecting your console to another TV and used a different HDMI cable. If the console is still under waranty, you can request a repair order for it using the link below.
