Xbox series X performance

Hi,

For the past week my home wireless has been (Mod Removed) due to an on going work nearby. However my question is concerned with the performance of my Xbox series X

I try to open the games and it takes more than usual for it to quick resume and at times I had to wait 2-3 minutes after I select a game to open to see a loading screen. Is all this reduced loading time due to my low speed internet.

For your reference my internet speed due to tower issue got reduced to 1mbps

Virtually all Xbox One games are compatible

It will not take advantage of the resolution and features of Series console. It will deliver Xbox One levels of performance on Series S, One X on Series X

the xbox one x is graphically better, the S is ok but don't expect the same performance as a series x.

Hi, I hope you're doing great out there despite the issue that you're experiencing. I am an Independent advisor and I am here to help you in regard to your concern.

To fix this, please perform a power cycle on your console by following the steps below:

POWERCYCLE CONSOLE

1. Turn off your console by holding the Xbox button on the front of the console for approximately 10 seconds. The console will turn off.

2. Turn your console back on by pressing the Xbox button on the console or the Xbox button on your controller.

If that didn't work resetting the console keeping games and apps will be the next option. Don't worry because as long as you're connected to Xbox Live your saved progress, games, will not be deleted. It will remove all of your accounts but you can add all of them later on.

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Reset and keep my games & apps.

An external hard drive used on the One will work for the Series S/X, but won't have the exact same performance as the one created for the Series S/X.

Xbox series X performance
