    i just ordered the series x on the 3rd and the estimated arrival is the 8th when it wouldn’t let me cancel the order i requested for a refund and then a day later they denied it so i called for the refund request after they denied it the person on the phone tole me i was still gonna get my console and he was “sure” im gonna get my console on the 8th, but it’s still pending so when will i actually get my console??

    Hi,

    As I understand it, 'Pending' on an Xbox Series X or S order means that your console is assigned and waiting for shipment. Baring any unforeseen delays you should get it on the launch day. Mine says pending too.

    I have also this evening bought a Xbox series x from the Xbox store, it's taken money from my account but still says pending and no email to confirm this?

    Calling them does no good. I was actually lucky enough to get one elsewhere. Been trying to cancel this one and they won’t do it.

    Microsoft customer service is not very good right now.
