What console is the one that you want to get serviced?

Xbox One, One S, One X or Xbox Series X/S?

Your console its out of warranty?

Or in the devices tab it appears within warranty?

You may need to ask to this e-commerce brand if your console region is India or from where they imported the device

Were you able to set up a repair using the site that M3tal provided above? You should still be able to set up a repair through there.

If not, please post back with images of the console so that I can confirm if you have a 360 E or S. From there, we can look into other options.

Hey there, Mudit!

I'm sorry to see any frustrations! We did announce in 2015 that
Original Xbox 360 consoles will no longer be repaired or replaced outside of warranty. However, if you own an Xbox 360 E or S, then you should still be able to

set up a repair. There will be a cost for that repair/replacement, but I do not know that cost for India.

If you run into issues setting up a repair using the site that M3tal provided, let me know. We'll be able to dig into it further from there.
