Xbox Series X Order

I placed an order three days ago for a series x and it took authorisation straight away with the payment still pending. It had an estimated delivery date of today, so i stupidly wasted my time trying to contact someone on chat to ask when i would get the console to be told it will arrive when the system takes the payment. I continue to explain its holding the payment but i would just like a new estimate as my delivery date has passed. Again they repeat, they dont know. Just whenever the system takes payment and they cannot override it.

Ive been contacting MS a lot recently and have come to the conclusion their support is absolutely horrendous.Nobody can give you a straight answer anymore, just get brushed off with some lame excuse.

Anyway of actually finding out whats really going on with my order?
