Xbox series X order stuck on "pending"

stayed up past midnight on launch day to order the new series X. got the console, a spare controller, and a protective plan.

the console and the protection plan have been sruck on pending, and the controller shipped with the express 1-2 business day shipping inpaid extra for the whole bundle.

(been dealing with a massive pain with FedEx trying to get the package of the spare controller that supposedly shipped but never arrived, but thats on the terrible service FedEx gives)

am i actually going to get my console that I paid extra for speedy Shipping? why is it stuck on pending? any help greatly appreciated
