    I finally get a xbox series x, i only have one profile in my xbox, but i am geting this error, please any help (no profile problems with any other game)

    Ok, try to do a factory reset:
    Press the Xbox button to open the guide.
    Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.
    Select Reset console.
    Reset and keep my games & apps.
    Note: You'll need to login to your account again.

    If even after a factory reset it doesn't work, then I would recommend you to contact Gears of War official support:
