    Xbox series X offline after update


    After updating my console to the latest firmware I noticed that it was offline. I tried to log on but it wouldn't work, I also rebooted and did a shutdown, and it was still offline. I reseted my cable modem but it still had the same problem.

    I decided to do a hard reset and that fixed the problem. The issue is, if I restart or shudown the console, it will again say no connection. I never had this type of problem with the series x before the update. Please help!

    I'm having the same issue too after the September update on my Series X. Literally I've tried everything to fix it. Tried full factory reset and also tried offline software update but nothing worked. Also other xbox users are also facing this problem. It definitely is a faulty software update.

    Are you offline? Is the Series X your home Xbox?
    No my Xbox series x is online and on the same network as my Xbox one and my Xbox series x is set as my home Xbox

    i had the same problem with the black screen and now it keeps crashing... even when i do the offline update it crashes..The funny thing about this problem is that it all started after the 2year guarantee ended about 2 weeks later. 500Euros for the best

    Hi I've tried reset options on my xbox one s and one x it worked but xbox series consoles do not work so i tried offline system update on series x it's worked only for one day i earn achievements in Forza Horizon 5 hot wheels dlc but in the next day it didn't worked no notification or sound anything,so i tried my friend xbox series x this same problem happening looks like it's a Microsoft side issue.
