    Xbox Series X not working with hotspots


    Xbox Series X wireless is unusable with two different hotspots. Ran multiple networks wired and wifi to test and compare with my old Xbox One. Xbox z One has no issues, Xbox Series X disconnects, reconnects, disconnects, reconnects. My only source of internet
    for the last 10 years has been my hotspot but has always worked and continues to work on the other systems. Our service provider is Verizon, please help!

    I have messaged support on Twitter every day for the last 17 days.

    Yes, the games won't work on the Series X.

    As for the mobile hotspot, I didn't understand you were trying to set it up on your Xbox 360, I am sorry.

    It should work fine, make sure to set your hotspot to a 2,4ghz frequency.

    1. Restart your Xbox Series X and your Google Pixel 6.



    2. Make sure that your Google Pixel 6 hotspot is turned on and that it is discoverable by other devices.



    3. Check that your Xbox Series X is within range of your Google Pixel 6 hotspot.



    4. Try forgetting the network on your Xbox Series X and then reconnecting to it.



    5. Check that your Google Pixel 6 hotspot is set to allow other devices to connect to it.



    6. Try changing the security settings on your Google Pixel 6 hotspot to WPA or WEP and see if that helps.



    7. If none of the above steps work, try contacting Xbox support for further assistance.
