Xbox Series X not working properly

I got my series X a couple weeks ago and it worked fine for the first week, but then it started having a major issue. The connection to Xbox live would drop, controllers would lose connection, and it would stop reading my external hard drive all at the same time. A wired controller still worked to navigate the menus and when I went to check my wifi status, it couldn’t detect any networks. I hard reset the console, which fixed the problem temporarily, but after 10 minutes of playing any game, the problem reoccurs. How do I fix this?

I can't find one designed for series x controller. They are all for xbox one controller and don't fit series x controller properly.

The 144 Hz monitor should work fine with an Xbox Series X console. Make sure you set the refresh rate properly in the Xbox Series X settings.

I think I’m going to have to get a replacement since the fixes suggested are for individual symptoms not the problem itself.

I am are using play and charge kit on the xbox series x wireless controller it is are not official one but it is are working on the controller perfectly fine but the indicator does show medium battery level at all times and sometimes it does show fool battery level rather than that it is are working properly in the right way on the series x controller without any issues.
