Xbox Series X not uploading captures to Xbox, however takes up storage for it!?

Hi! So when I go to upload a game clip to Xbox live, it says it starts, and once it finishes it says it successfully uploaded. However it then doesn’t appear on the Xbox Live tab in "captures” nor the Xbox App. Then the storage increases as if it was in Xbox Live.

So I tried deleting some captures from Xbox Live and they wouldn’t delete! It would say they deleted, but when I returned they were still there! I’ve tried restarting, hard restarting, checking my settings, checking my connection, clearing network files, and everything else Xbox Support has said! Someone please help

    :)

I am also having this issue. Live is totally out of sync with reality, images previously uploaded that have been deleted won't go away and nothing has uploaded since 4/18/23.

I'm having the same exact issue. I talked to someone from Xbox Support earlier and it's an issue that Xbox still hasn't addressed yet. Hopefully they fix it soon.

Thank you so much for the update! We may need to report this in that way Microsoft will be aware of the issue and deploy a fix as soon as possible.

    Update :

I believe it’s a bug on Xbox’s end. One of my friends started having the same issue the same day mine started. ( yesterday )

I’ve seen some people respond to this issue with sometimes Xbox holds captures so they don’t upload so they can stop potential violations in Xbox captures. ( NSFW, Harassment, etc. ) However I’m not sure if this is the case in this instance since my clip had nothing to do with any of that. Or maybe they’re holding multiple accounts just as a procedure?

I have no clue. Just hoping it gets resolved.
