    Xbox series x not turning on


    I have a xbox series x console and last month the console suddenly did not turn on anymore. When i press the power button the xbox logo just lights on for a second then it turns off. I have been trying to contact xbox support to get my console repaired eversince however the website always reports an error on the last step prior to sending the label via email. Also i tried to ask for a call back but the virtual assistant always reports an error after i type my mobile phone number. I live in Malta in Europe. How can i get my console repaired? How can i contact microsoft to ask for assistance? Any help or advise would be greatly appreciated. Thanks

    I have almost the same problem except the error message says

    “if you’re using Xbox series X/S, note that HDMI audio can’t be turned off. In other consoles, either optical or HDMI audio must be on. (0x80bd0009)

    Why can’t I turn off hdmi audio on Xbox series x it makes no sense?
