I ordered my Xbox from Microsoft and I haven’t had it for even a week. If you guys sent me a broken Xbox I want my money back or a new replacement

- The Xbox Insider program allows gamers the opportunity to share feedback on the latest Xbox system updates, as well as features and games still in development on Xbox consoles. You need to enroll in the program, so if you've never heard about it before, chances are you never joined it.

- Have you already checked for both game and OS updates? reinstalling games typically installs the latest version available, but I'd still suggest checking at My games & apps > (game name) > Manage game & add-ons > Updates. To check for console updates, please go to Settings > System > Updates.

- Have you already tried different DNS settings?

- Try clearing these games' "Reserved Space":

To do this go to My games & apps > (game name) > Manage game & add-ons > Saved Data > if Reserved Space is available, click on it and select "Clear reserved space".

I’ve tried factory reset. Internet reset. Power cycle. Reinstalling games. Manual internet and much more.

I don’t have a hard drive plugged in.

So far Fortnite and nba2k22 don’t open

I'm sorry to hear that. If the order is not available for return/exchange, then you need to request a warranty service order for your console. Once your console arrives at Microsoft Service Center, it will be examined, and depending on its results, it will be repaired or replaced by another unit. Please keep in mind that in either case, the console you receive will still be covered by warranty.

To request a service order:

- Go to https://support.microsoft.com/en-us/devices

- Register your console.

- Click on "See details"

- Click on "Start order"
