Xbox series X not capturing clips

Are you using an external device to save your captures? There's currently a "bug" that is affecting more players.

To fix it, you can try resetting the console.

Before you continue, make sure you've got the account sign-in information. You'll need it to log back into your console after the reset.

You can follow these steps:

Press the Xbox button to open the guide.

Select Profile & system > Settings > System > Console info.

Select Reset console.

Select Reset and keep my games & apps.

That is the issue, with the new system update the external device capture started to glitch.

I have reported it on the Insiders Hub, we may need to wait for an update.

Have you tried switching the capture to the internal storage (temporarily)?

Are you using an external device to save the captures?

I already reset my console a few days ago hoping that would fix the issue, but it started having trouble later that day.

I switched to internal but the same thing happened. Hopefully it will be fixed before next month.
