Xbox Series X no signal issue

Just got an Xbox Series X this week. Plugged into TV and was working normally at first but after the initial setup and updates I only had about 5 minutes on the main menu before it went black and displayed no signal. Tried factory reset/low resolution mode and I don't get the second beep after holding the xbox symbol and sync at the same time for well over 10 seconds. Tried my monitor instead of TV and the xbox worked again for about 5 min before going to no signal again. Any trouble shooting suggestion greatly appreciated. Hope I don't have to send in for repair.

    :)

    Xbox series x keeps disconnecting

    good evening

It sounds like you are experiencing connectivity issues with your Xbox Series X.

Router or modem problems: Make sure your router or modem is functioning properly and that your Xbox Series X is within range of the wireless signal. Try restarting your router or modem and then reconnecting your Xbox Series X to the internet.

Interference from other devices: Make sure there are no other devices that may be interfering with the wireless signal, such as cordless phones or microwaves. Try moving your Xbox Series X and router or modem to a different location.

Network congestion: Make sure there are no other devices or programs on your network that may be using a lot of bandwidth, such as streaming videos or downloading large files.

Xbox Series X firmware issue: Check for the latest Xbox Series X updates, and make sure that your console is running the latest firmware.

Xbox Live service issue: Xbox Live services may be down temporarily, check the Xbox Live Service Status page

Xbox Series X no signal issue

Hello, how are you? My name is Mateus. I'm an Independent Advisor and I'll be glad to help you today.

First, welcome to the Xbox community. I'm sorry you're having this problem.

I recommend that you try the solutions provided in the article below, if none of the options work, it is probably a hardware issue, which would require initiating a repair or exchange order for the console. I also recommend that you test another HDMI cable and also another HDMI port on your monitor or TV.

Why can't I pair up Bluetooth wireless earbuds with my console?

it uses wifi that the xbox has a receiver and sender for, similar to the microsoft pc wireless adapter but obviously built into the console.

no bluetooth at all. there is not a single bluetooth chip in the console, the modern xbox controller connect via wifi to the console or bluetooth to phones and pc if not using the adapter for pc. only the controller has bluetooth and this is basic at best.

Does the Xbox Series X or Series S support Bluetooth? | Windows Central

No Bluetooth for Xbox Series X

The Xbox Series X doesn't have Bluetooth, similarly to the Xbox One, Xbox One S, and Xbox One X. The reason is simple; the Bluetooth signal isn't strong enough to meet Microsoft's specifications for latency. Microsoft uses its proprietary signal, dubbed Xbox Wireless, for connecting controllers and other accessories, like the Turtle Beach Stealth 600 and the SteelSeries 9X wireless headsets.

Microsoft's signal is far stronger than Bluetooth. Since many people typically game while sitting far away from their consoles in the living room or so on, Bluetooth's susceptibility to interference increases exponentially at longer ranges. If you were hoping you could use a USB Bluetooth adapter, it wouldn't work either, as the Xbox Series X and other Xbox One consoles don't have the drivers necessary to power them.
