    XBOX Series X NAT Issue


    I recently got the Series X, my NAT type is strict with UPnP unsuccessful. I live in a residential building with internet provided so I do not have a router or modem. Every troubleshooting guide involves going into the router and modem thus I can't really do anything. I called my ISP to make sure that UPnP was enabled and they said it was so I'm assuming the issue is with the Xbox.

    Does anyone know how to change the NAT type without a router and modem?

    Same issue here. This is clearly on Microsoft Xbox's end and needs to be addressed by them. Series X, wired with NAT open. Also Persistent storage, that's under Blu-Ray fsmh.

    Your ISP may be blocking or limiting your connection ports and causing this issue.

    Cleaning the console MAC might help but I wouldn't have much hope.

    Network Settings> Advanced Settings> Alternate MAC address and Clear.
