    Xbox Series X Microsoft Complete for Xbox with Accidental Damage Coverage


    I purchased the Microsoft Complete for Xbox with Accidental Damage Coverage when I pre-ordered the Series X from the MS Store.

    My device listed, after activating it, shows an Xbox One, with the picture of a Series X, but the Microsoft Complete for Xbox with Accidental Damage Coverage is not shown under warranty information.

    I tried contacting support, but it said this issue is not an issue that can be handled by a call or chat...

    Please assist MS.

    Not too sure why support chat would have sent you here. This forum is mostly community ran and made up of mostly just other gamers such as yourself. I would personally try contacting support again and if you have to ask for a supervisor. They should totally
    be able to help with warranty related problems so im not sure why they said they couldnt.

    I purchased an Xbox series x with a 3 year warranty. Online it says I only have 1 year warranty. I have been on the phone for 3 hours 42 minutes and counting. Can someone please fix this already?

    I’m in the United States. I ordered this product directly from the Microsoft website. Not a store. It was shipped from California to Arkansas. I bought the Xbox series x with controller, and the Microsoft complete for Xbox with accidental damage coverage (3 years). I have emails and screenshots to verify this. I would just like this issue to be recognized and fixed please. I paid extra money for the 3 year warranty. Please let me know if I need to do anything on my end to get this issue resolved.

    Microsoft Complete for Xbox Elite Controller with Accidental Damage Coverage (3 years) never moved to replaced controller

    I bought Microsoft Complete for Xbox Elite Controller with Accidental Damage Coverage (3 years) and have had the controller replaced, but now it shows like the replacement was not migrated to the plan. I need to get it fixed.
    I have already had to file standard warranty replacements numerous times. I am yet to use this one after the 1 year manufacturer warranty. Not that that has expired I am blocked from using the "Microsoft Complete for Xbox Elite Controller with Accidental Damage Coverage (3 years)" because it was associated with another serial. I need a real person at microsoft to help.

    I dropped my series x controller into a bowl of soup lucky I had ms complete but unfortunately it only does one accidental replacement which completely erases coverage after that lol
