Xbox Series X Losses Connection To Online Games

This is a new problem that I have never encountered before. I have had my Xbox Series X since 11/19/21. It has worked perfectly fine until yesterday. I use an ethernet cable. Yesterday, my power went out due to high wind speeds. I was not playing during that time, but when my power came back on, I tried logging into Destiny 2. The game logged in for around 30-45 seconds but then disconnected me. I assumed that because it was still windy, I would have to wait. I am still facing this issue this morning. I tried launching Destiny 2 and was kicked out. I thought that maybe it was this specific game, so I tried launching Halo MC multiplayer and was kicked. The console will not hold a connection to the internet and this is beyond frustrating.

The last time I played on my console was Friday. I experienced zero issues and have never had this issue before.

Things I have done:

Reset/Cleared Mac Address

Changed Port

Removed Ethernet Cable and Tried Wifi

Reset Console while keeping games and apps

Turned Router off and back on

Factory Reset Router

Removed all cables from Xbox and turned off for 3 minutes

Removed all cables from Xbox from 5 minutes and reset router.

Removed account and readded account.

Cleared console game save data.

I am at a loss for what else I can do. If anyone has any ideas, please advise. Thank you.

Hey, sorry for such a late reply. Yeah, I tried connecting to a hotspot and had the same issue.

Edit: I messed up when trying to use a hotspot. My phone was still connected to the wifi and was sharing the wifi connection. After fixing it and using my phones actually hotspot connection, it worked fine.

I own the game on the Xbox series x but it won't allow me to connect the game to my profile which is on the Xbox series x and so it does not let me play online, If that makes sense.

Hi,

The Series X supports 1080P resolution in the settings same as Xbox One and One X. Games on Series X will still render in 4K, but will downscale to whatever display you have. There won't be any loss in quality at all.

I am having the same issue. Both hard wire and wireless, I am having 100% packet loss. I have contacted my internet provider, they have already checked the system and on there end everything is great. On my PC I am having no issues. On my PS5 no issues, no packet loss. However on my xbox series x and my xbox one x, I have 100% packet loss and get booted from online games every 3-6 mins.
