Xbox Series X - Logging into Microsoft

Hi - Thank you in advance for all your help.

I bought an Xbox yesterday, and created a new Microsoft account for it. On the initial set up, I ended up following their steps and began to set up my Xbox through the App. Once finished in the App and had my Xbox tied to it, I finished the console / controller updates and ended up at the home screen. When I click on the center X button, and click on "+ Add new", a grey screen will pop up for about 1 second, then the loading ring pops up for about 1 second, then the screen closes, and does not allow me to type in an email/password. This keeps happening, and no matter where I try to log in from (account section, home page, settings, etc). At no point during the initial set up / after any of the resets / through settings have I been able to load the login screen for my Microsoft account (looks like it will load, then closes out).

Things I have done so far:

- Restart the console / hard restart from unplugging / completely reset Xbox to factory setting

- Tried my home network (and have restarted my router) / wired in with a cable / used my phone hotspot

- The Call Desk had me manually input IP and DNS settings / clear alternate MAC address / alternate port selection (IP/DNS/Port settings are all now back to automatic)

For some reason, the continuous issue is that when I click on "+ Add new" or "Sign in", the login screen will pop up blank, look like its loading, and close.

Thanks so much for all the help. Luckily still under warranty, but would prefer not to have to go mail it in.
