Xbox Series X kicks me out of certain games.

I have a series x & there are certain games that will kick me from any given aspect of the multiplayer side of these games. The games so far are *any* of the Call of Duty games, including Cold War & yes, I select the one that's optimized for the series x, & Battlefield 1. As I said before, this only happens when I'm playing multiplayer & it can happen after the game loads me into a lobby or in the multiplayer selection screen, during gameplay....basically anytime during the multiplayer side. It's super frustrating & I've looked into it on both game's publisher sites & all they say to do is turn off raytracing or restart the console. I did that & still had alot of trouble. So then I uninstalled the raytracing files off of Cold War but Battlefield doesn't have this file to uninstall. Cold War does WAY better once I uninstalled the raytracing but still kicks me out of at least 1 out of every 5 games if I'm teamed up with friends on xbox. If I'm by myself on multiplayer then I'm getting kicked only 1 out of every 10 or so games. CoD kicks me to the xbox home screen & when battlefield dumps me it shuts my xbox off & I have to physically get up & press the power button on the console to start it back up. Battlefield kicks me out of every single match I try to join.

I have AT&T's fastest internet, LG OLED TV, my xbox is connected to the internet via wired connection & I've tried changing up different aspects of my setup but to no avail, I get kicked off of games on a consistent basis. Other games such as Dirt 5, Gears 5 (series x optimized), Forza 6 & 7, plus a bunch of other games all work flawlessly. Cold War would even kick me off of the campaign before I uninstalled raytracing, but that was the only game that would kick me off of single player. Is there a patch coming? Am I the only one having this issue? The game dev's don't seem to mention my exact issue but there are crashing issues that aren't related to what's happening specifically to me. Any help would be appreciated. Thanks...

The crashing or freezing of a certain game/apps is generally related to the network which is why I will provide you with the official link to all the troubleshooting steps that can help sort this out for you. Before going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned on the link I was referring to, I would like you to go through the following steps to clear your Mac address and perform a quick power cycle:

Settings > Network Settings > Advanced Settings > Alternate Mac Address > Clear it and the console should restart. It would definitely help if you could restart the internet router while the console is restarting.

After going through the troubleshooting steps mentioned, I invite you to perform a quick power cycle by turning off the console and then unplugging all the cables. After 2 to 3 minutes, re-plug them back again, then restart your console.

In case the issue still persists, the next step would be to perform a reset on the console. To do so you will need to follow the steps below to perform a reset on the Xbox :

Settings > System > Console Info > Reset This Xbox > Reset and Keep my Games and Apps.

Note =>The "Reset and Keep my Games and Apps" option will not cause losing your games, but please be aware that you need to be completely aware of the email address as well as the password of your account before going for it because it will require you to sign in to the account.

I’ve brought my friends Xbox Series X round to my house, used the same wifi and I didn’t have any problems the whole day. I think it is my Xbox Series X with issues. What do I do? I have also tried switching wifi on my Xbox and it did nothing. This is really starting to irritate me, I’ve been kicked out of games at least 6 times today.

I am experiencing similar issues with my One X where on certain games, it kicks me back to dashboard. Idk whats going on but its pretty annoying

Xbox series x forza motorsport 8 keeps servier keeps kicking me out I be in a race and it just kick me out saying I have bin disconnected have good Internet it connect true the eather cable have 100mb it the only game it dose it to me I play forza horzion there no problem fifa ect no.issue you need to fix your your server it's staring to get annoying I done everything it the game was grand till your update

both the xbox’s were connected to the same internet, the one that worked was a series s the one didn’t was series x. yes, my console is up to date. i get kicked out of my games every 30 minutes..yes i am referring to factory resets.
