Xbox Series X Kicked from Parties

I’ve been having the same issues for the last week. I’ll be kicked from my party without any notifications, and then it forces me to appear offline, yet it still shows I’m set to appear online.

It has to be server issues of something.

I’m on a brand new series X.

the xbox is basically a pc, the series x is basically a pc, for the first 2 years games from first party studios will be available on both but the series x will use ultra settings (something like that) and other features.

third party titles can do as they please either make for both or just the newer one.

I bought the series x new and in full from a third party retailer from Walmart. Could they have stolen my Xbox all access? The description said that it comes with it.

Yes but you NEED to be able to KICK others out from the Party. Microsoft ruled the competition in terms of Party chat last gen through Xbox Live Party on Xbox 360. It's not just adults who play on Xbox 1 but also kids as well. Sure Invite Only is a good
idea but the host should be able to Kick someone when someone is not wanted instead of muting or starting another party. I'm regularly in a Party on 360 with friends and randoms and sometimes there IS the need to KICK someone from the Party.
