    XBOX SERIES X - KEEPS SHUTTING DONW AND FREEZING DURING GAMEPLAY


    This has been very frustrating, when I first set up the xbox series x, it continually shut itself down at least 15 times or more, set up the old xbox and worked fine. Plug back in the series x yesterday, shut itself down 3 times and then was OK and able
    to play online with no issues. This morning same thing again, freezing during game play and shutting itself down, really frustrating to say the least. I have checked all connection, set up, settings etc., and all are good. Not sure if this is an issue with
    the xbox itself or something else. Any feedback would be helpful as almost at my wits end and on the verge of returning the xbox and asking for a refund
