Xbox Series X keeps disconnecting from wifi when playing online multiplayer

Every so often it will disconnect me from my wifi in the middle of a match every few hours, it can be fine for weeks and then it will start acting up, then after another short while it won't do it anymore. It never does this during singleplayer games and I hardly ever had this problem with my old Xbox One playing the same games. I've been searching for a solution for so long and have yet to find one that works and I'm very annoyed from receiving unfair quitter penalties and matchmaking timeouts.

Here's what I have tried:

Restarting my console

Restarting my router

Doing a factory reset

Forwarding all the relevant ports

Switching to an alternate port

Clearing my mac address

Making sure I'm using 2.4ghz connection and not 5ghz

Making sure my nat type is set to open

I have also run all the tests and troubleshooters and can't find anything wrong. The only thing I can't do is use a wired connection as that would require a running a really long cable through the house. There are never more than a few devices using the wifi at once and no large downloads or streams happening that could be interfering, and no other devices ever get dropped from the wifi, neither my phone nor laptop.

If this doesn't happens often it could be due to network latency, all networks have variation, that's why when you download something the speed it's not the same, this could eventually goes to 0 on Online ganes this will mean a game disconnection,

Also, if you are far from the Modem/router that could cause that some times the console lose the network for a bit and then reconnect

This can't be easily detected on other devices as most don't require a permanent connection because of network buffer, games can't have that buffer

I didn't mention that was because someone else was downloading or streaming

You said that would be a long cable trough the house, depending on the material your house it's made, being up a floor could affect a lot

As i mentioned previously laptops and other devices use a buffer on the network that online multiplayer games can't, it's a real time connection, single players games works different than multiplayer games

Like I said, sometimes there is nobody in the house downloading or streaming anything, just me playing games and it will still disconnect so I really don't think that is the issue.

My console isn't that far away from the modem, maybe a few metres and up a floor, but again it only happens during online gaming and not singleplayer games. My laptop and phone aren't affected when in the same room and the signal strength is always nearly at maximum.

It's happened three times today.

I have one Xbox (Series X) wired via Ethernet. I can play on WiFi with no disconnects but I prefer a wired connection for gaming.
