Xbox Series X keeps crashing on various games

Hello,

I keep having issues with my Series X ever since I got it in December.
The main issue is that most games I play will eventually crash to the home screen or shut the system down.
I have already sent the device for service, however, it was returned to me without any repairs, as the service center did not find any issues.

Unfortunately the problems are still there. It got to a point where I cannot enjoy any game, constantly worrying about a crash that may happen any second (and usually it happens). I tried to fully reset the console, reinstall the games, even do the offline update from an usb stick. Nothing seems to help, games will crash eventually.

In the video you can see me playing Ori, where it eventually crashes to the home screen. Then the game will not properly start back up. After that I manage to play a bit of Forza, then return to Ori. This time it launches, but after a short while of gameplay, the console shuts itself down.

This pretty much sums up my experience with this "next gen" console. The device is unusable for me in this state. What should I do if the service center is not recognizig this as an issue?

Hello Marek,

my friend encounters the exact same problem with his console. At times is even worse than what you have presented.

Anyhow, the hardware is currently not usable we cannot play any games together and it has become a paper weight.

I am hoping for some constructive feedback from Microsoft so the issue can be resolved immediately for everyone that experiences such problems.

Hi is it can you tell me when a crash bug fix for xbox series x i coming out my xbox series x keeps freezing the game and crashes playing for 2 min then it turns off best regards theis

Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.
