Xbox Series X Keeps Crashing no matter the game.

Did you reset your console to factory defaults by erasing everything? When gaming, is there an external hard drive connected to the console? If yes, have you tried playing without the external hard drive connected to the console?

Microsoft says this about shipping special edition devices for repair.

''If you send a special edition Microsoft Device to Microsoft for Service, Microsoft will use commercially reasonable efforts to return the same or similar special edition Microsoft Device to you; this will depend on its availability at the time of Service (special editions may no longer be available). Microsoft reserves the right to replace the Microsoft Device with a similar or better Microsoft Device.''

It crashes on me no matter what console I'm on I'm so sick of app crashing on me every 30 minutes i use xbox series s series x and pc and still does same thing app crashes and I have to start it back up

Just to keep everyone in the loop, there is an active conversation on this topic at EA. The link below is the current progress. Looks like they may have identified a solution and will be rolling out soon.

Hi is it can you tell me when a crash bug fix for xbox series x i coming out my xbox series x keeps freezing the game and crashes playing for 2 min then it turns off best regards theis

Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.

It’s the same with my series X. Everything is fine on my end. The game either freezes or crashes at least 5 times a play through. I heard Starfield can’t keep up with the graphics that X expects on their end.
