xbox series x keeps crashing and rebooting

Hi all

We bought an Xbox series X console for our children at Christmas, I set it all up and got it working fairly straight forward. However we have an issue with it that seems a bit odd, you can be playing a game and then suddenly it will freeze and then take you back to the home screen and more and more often it will turn the console off all together and reboot. I have scanned the net trying to see if it is a faulty X box or if I have set it up wrong, I came across a few people having the same issue and other people suggesting a few solutions.

I have plugged it in to its own power socket, I have raised it up off the carpet as a few had said it needed to have good air flow for the cooling, and I have changed the picture quality from 4k to 1080p but we still have the same issue.

Wee have tried playing different games and it still happens on every game.

Is it just a faulty console that we need to return or am I missing something? Also if I return it what happens to the games we have downloaded on to the console ?

My game also keeps crashing and turns off my xbox one x. I have tried all fixes and it continues to reboot.

Yes I already did this multiple times yet my xbox series x keeps crashing games and turning off by itself

Hi is it can you tell me when a crash bug fix for xbox series x i coming out my xbox series x keeps freezing the game and crashes playing for 2 min then it turns off best regards theis

Atm its an ongoing issuse, i find it happening most with AC:Val and COD:CW. It happens also with Rouge Company and MK11Ultimate.

I'm also having the same issue on Xbox series X. My MW2 crashes when I die. This happens almost every other match. No error message.

I've tried hard reboot, even uninstalled and reinstalling the game. Nothing has helped so far.
