Xbox Series X Issues

Hi

I am having a few issues with Xbox Series X and wanted to know if anyone has had similar and can offer any assistance in resolving them.

The most common issues I experience is on starting the machine from being on standby where the screen darkens considerably from normal and it seems to have gone to the darkest HDR setting, to resolve this requires a full restart.

The second most common issue is when starting the console up and resuming play on things like AC Valhalla or COD the controller seems to have a delay or lag built in that is noticeably off when aiming or moving. Disconnecting and reconnecting the controller
is ineffective and it requires a system restart.

The next issue is with the machine starting up and sticking on the profile select screen, regardless of what button is pressed on the controller it doesnt register, you cant even hold the xbox button and restart the machine it requires the a full power down
and back up. It is not a controller connection issue as the controller shows as connected.

A final issue I am having is with my Razer Nari Ultimate (Xbox) headset constantly dropping connection, stuttering sound and the profile selection keeps coming up. The headset connects initially with no issue, it can go for hours without dropping but at
times the sounds stutters then it drops in and out.

I have tried the trouble shooter online but my issues dont fit into the categories given, I dont think the issue is hardware as the machine seems fine, not overheating, disc working fine etc.

Can anyone offer some potential solutions or should I be looking to return the console ?
